Thank you, Zac.
“When @zacposen makes u a custom gown it doesn’t matter if you’re singing or not 🌫 …. thank u 🖤,” Grande, 26, captioned an Instagram photo of herself sprawled on the floor in the strapless pale blue dress. The “Thank U, Next” singer also added a diamond necklace and earrings, and swept her hair up into her iconic long ponytail.
Just one week before the Grammys, Grande not only pulled out of her scheduled performance, but also refused to attend at all. “I’ve kept my mouth shut but now you’re lying about me,” she wrote on Twitter, responding to an article in which Ehrlich insinuated that her performance fell through because of poor planning.
“I can pull together a performance over night [sic] and you know that, Ken. it was when my creativity & self expression was stifled by you, that i decided not to attend,” she continued.
Despite the drama, Grande still won her first Grammy on Sunday, taking home the Best Pop Vocal Album award for “Sweetener” — and looked great doing it.
