Gina Kirschenheiter isn’t a wanted woman in the Orange County Courthouse anymore.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star is no longer listed as a “fugitive,” per court records obtained by Page Six on Friday. A warrant for her arrest was previously issued on Thursday after she failed to show up for a court date in regards to her DUI case.
An insider told Page Six at the time that her lawyer had filed documents to postpone the case, but there was a miscommunication with the court as they were not filed properly. Now, she’s completely in the clear for the rest of the month.
She is set to appear before a judge on April 16.
Kirschenheiter, 34, was first arrested for driving under the influence last month. She apologized for the incident shortly after, but she was pulled over again for using her phone while driving just days later.
She’s also in the midst of her divorce from Matthew Kirschenheiter, who was also pulled over this month for failing to obey a traffic sign.
