Kylie Jenner opened up about how she got her “body back” just over a year after welcoming daughter Stormi Webster.
While filming an Instagram Live video on Tuesday, a fan asked the 21-year-old makeup mogul, who has been flaunting a taut tummy on social media, for weight loss tips.
“It’s all about diet for me,” Kylie said in the video. “I’m naturally just a really skinny person. But not like [sister] Kendall. She’s naturally, like, model status. But yeah, I’ve always had a really flat stomach but I never felt like it went back to what it was before Stormi until recently, and I feel like it has a lot to do with diet.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star said she had to give up her love of carbs and dairy products to really see results.
“I really eat very crazy usually. Like whatever I want,” she explained. “Pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy, and I just kind of cut all of that out and have just been eating better. And I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”
However, it wasn’t overnight. Kylie insisted that her transformation took time.
“And I also think, after a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create the child,” she said.
