Mariah Carey has settled a lawsuit with her former manager — who had accused the diva of strutting around in her birthday suit.
“The parties [have] reached a mutually agreed resolution to this matter,” wrote an attorney for Stella Stolper, who managed Carey for three years through November 2017.
The attorney declined to say whether Stolper accepted a cash payoff.
Stolper claimed the five-time Grammy Award-winner was often naked in her presence and it made her uncomfortable.
The suit sought unspecified damages.
A rep for Carey, who never responded to the April 2018 Manhattan Supreme Court suit, did not immediately return messages seeking comment.
In April, the singer’s spokeswoman called the claims “baseless.”
Sources previously told The Post’s Page Six that Stolper was jealous of her boss’ fame.
