Would you pay $10,000 to get real estate and romance advice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Joe Gorga?
One lucky mogul-in-the-making did, according to Gorga, who’s hosting his first ever “Grow With Gorga” seminar (the name is not to be confused with any male enhancement drugs) next month.
The tag line for the “extravagant” Jersey City-based event, with regular tickets ranging from $149 to $299, is hard to resist: “You deserve nothing but the best.”
Gorga — the 39-year-old father of three is husband to “RHONY” star Melissa Gorga and brother to Teresa Giudice, whose husband, Joe, is serving a 41-month sentence for fraud at a federal prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania — says he has a lot to offer future tanned titans of industry.
The $10,000 “Joe Gorga Experience” package sold in less than a week, according to Gorga, who said the bidder can look forward to front-row seating at the workshops, a signed copy of Gorga’s forthcoming book, a full day with Joe to see his negotiation skills firsthand, and a luxe lunch with the man himself.
“The goal was to pick the right investor type player,” Gorga tells The Post. “Anyone who’s going to spend $10,000 is a player and that’s who I want to be involved with — someone who wants to play, invest and find some deals.”
And Gorga says that for the savvy investor who wants to partner up, it’s money well spent.
“With my 25 years of experience, it’s really not a lot of money,” he says. “We can make $1 million or $10 million in a year. You just don’t know. I’m the real deal and my story is truly remarkable — I never gave up.”
Wait, 25 years ago? Who knew a then-14-year-old Gorga would one day have life lessons to impart?
Gorga, who lives in a $3 million, 9,500-square-foot Montville, NJ, home and bills himself as a “real estate mogul and business entrepreneur,” insists he’s trying to help lift everyone with his hard-earned wisdom.
“I really want to educate not just the big guys, but average people — the police officer and his nurse wife,” he says of a hypothetical couple who can invest $10,000 into a rental property and reap the monthly rent. “I can double their money in a year.”
The all-day seminar will include guest speakers such as the “Mortgage Quarterback” Jeff VanNote.
“All my connections for the past 25 years who know what it takes to put a deal together will be there,” says Gorga, who pontificated on the business. “In real estate you have to have balls. You take the risk, but the reward is huge. If I can teach someone and change their life, karma is good.”
As the son of poor immigrants growing up in Paterson, NJ, Gorga says he worked two jobs by the age of 9, along with his sister Teresa.
“That’s why she’s a beast,” he says proudly of his older sister. “She’s going through a major situation with her family and husband, but she doesn’t sit there and cry. She goes to work and fights for what she wants.”
Giudice, who was spotted with a younger man at TAO on Tuesday night, is holding her head high, says her brother.
“Is she doing great? No, but she’s holding her own. She keeps up that face that she’s perfect, but she’s suffering. She wants to stay strong for her children,” Gorga says. “She’s going through hell more than we can imagine. Let me put it that way.”
And the seminar isn’t all business. Gorga teases tips that supplement business acumen as the keys to the kingdom. “It’s really about how a man should treat a woman.
“If you’re a good man in life, success comes. You can be worth a billion dollars, but if you’re a bad person, you’re nothing in my book.”
